Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard UK Shipping (for decorations only) – £3 | Estimated 3 business days
- Express UK Shipping (as standard for sculptures) – £11.50 | Delivery by 1pm day after posting
- International Shipping – Please email me to arrange shipping overseas
Free shipping is available on UK orders over £250
Handmade & Fragile Items All our ceramics are handmade and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials before dispatch.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at emmabirtsceramics@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
